ACSB Sandler LLP, a subsidiary of ACSB, is an independent auditing and accounting firm serving the business and financial services community of Massachusetts and New England.

The managing partner of ACSB Sandler is Don Sandler, CPA. Don received his BA in accounting from Bryant College and his Masters in Taxation from Bentley College. Don is a member of the AICPA, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants ("MSCPA") and the Investment Committee of MSCPA.

Don has been practicing in public accounting for approximately 25 years, providing audit, tax, accounting and consulting services to a diversified clientele, which include hedge funds and commodity pools, financial services, medical practices, law firms, real estate developers and investors, as well as many other types of businesses.

Rankin Berkower (Cayman) Ltd, an affiliate of ACSB, is a Cayman Islands Monetary Authority approved local audit firm, serving the offshore fund community. Amongst its clients are managers from the United States, Asia and Europe. The resident managing director is Philip Rankin a Caymanian with 25 years of experience in the financial industry providing accounting, auditing and consulting services.

He spent twelve years of his professional career with Deloitte. His clients included major banks, trusts, captive insurance, offshore funds and private investment companies.

ACSB is the United States representative of Parker Randall International.

Parker Randall International, a world-wide organization of independent professional accounting firms and business advisers. It coordinates the international activities of its independent member firms, which provide clients with extensive and personal service relating to a wide range of professional services including Auditing, Accounting, Taxation and Financial advisory services.
